In the lecture, Ms. Du Zhaoying first elaborated on the strategic deployment, founder team and comprehensive talent training system of Shenzhen Cell Valley. Since 2023, our company has joined hands with Shenvocational University to formally establish the innovative cooperation mode of integration of industry and education, and its practical results are quite remarkable. It is particularly worth mentioning that among the students who joined our internship program last year, the retention rate was as high as 75%. This remarkable achievement not only demonstrates the effectiveness of our talent training mechanism, but also wins high praise from the leaders of Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Pingshan District, Shenzhen. Subsequently, in the interactive part of the lecture, the students had an in-depth exchange with Ms. Du Zhaoying on interview skills, career planning and industry development trends.
