At the symposium, Professor Shi Yuanyuan introduced that Shenzhen Cell Valley has a leading position in domestic retrovirus vector technology (PackRV-SS and other systems), and retrovirus vectors have safety advantages and cost advantages of industrial production. Shenzhen Cell Valley has owned independent intellectual property rights of the development and industrial application of BaEV coated retrovirus packaging engineering cell lines, the positive rate of transducing T cells and NK cells is more than 90%, and the positive rate has not decreased. Shenzhen Cell Valley also through continuous research and development technology, from the preparation of off-the-shelf cell products, to the quality control of storage and recovery has mastered the corresponding technology, and has established a clinical grade CAR product library.
