1. Guangdong Pharmaceutical University


Guangdong Pharmaceutical University is one of the three pharmaceutical universities in China, and it is the earliest institution of higher learning in South China to offer pharmacy series majors. The school was founded in 1958, formerly known as Guangdong Provincial Health Cadre Training College; In 1978, it was upgraded to a regular undergraduate university and named Guangdong Medical College. 1994 renamed Guangdong Pharmaceutical University; In 2016, it was renamed Guangdong Pharmaceutical University with the approval of the Ministry of Education. There are five campuses in Guangzhou (University City, Baogang, Chigang), Zhongshan and Yunfu, covering an area of nearly 5300 mu. 2. Hong Kong Biotechnology Research Institute



The Hong Kong Institute of Biotechnology Limited (HKRI) is a wholly owned research unit of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. It was established in 1988 with a donation from the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charitable Foundation. Our mission is to promote and encourage the development of the biotechnology and Chinese medicine industries in Hong Kong. With funding support from the Innovation and Technology Commission of the HKSAR Government, HKSI has been able to acquire more and updated research and production facilities in these two areas over the past few years.

The School of Biotechnology provides a wide range of infrastructure, product and technology development, commissioned production, manufacturing quality Management practice (GMP) consulting and training services. With our expertise and active involvement in process development, product commercialization, we also work with industry partners to apply for government funded projects to develop new technologies and products in the fields of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and Chinese medicine.

As an affiliated unit of the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a designated local public research institution of the Innovation and Technology Commission, HKHS brings together the academic community, the Government and the industry to promote the development of biotechnology and Chinese pharmaceutical industry in Hong Kong. As a non-profit making organization, HKHS services are provided at a cost equivalent fee.

At present, Shenzhen Cell Valley has cooperated with the Chinese Academy of Health Sciences to build the system of GMP grade retroviral vector and CAR-T cell products to promote the development of cell industry in Shenzhen and Hong Kong.


3. Shenzhen Bay Laboratory



Shenzhen Bay Laboratory (Guangdong Laboratory of Life Information and Biomedicine) is a major strategic deployment of Guangdong Province and Shenzhen to build a Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao international science and technology innovation center and a comprehensive national science center, and is a major innovation carrier fully supported by Shenzhen in building a pilot demonstration zone of socialism with Chinese characteristics.

4. Fudan University



The name of Fudan University comes from the "Sun and moon Guanghua, Dan Fudan Xi" in the Biography of Shang Shu. Founded in 1905, formerly known as Fudan Public School, Fudan University was named in 1917. It is the first institution of higher learning independently founded by Chinese people.

ShenZhen Geno-immune Medical Institute is approved by the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government with independent legal personality of the second class of institutions. The main research direction of the institute is the CAR-T immune cell therapy for cancer and the therapy for gene-related diseases.

7. Jiangsu Ocean University



Jiangsu Ocean University is a full-time undergraduate university in Jiangsu Province. The predecessor of the school was Huaihai University founded in 1985, which was approved by the Ministry of Education as Huaihai Institute of Technology in 1989. From 1998 to 2002, the former Jiangsu Salt Industry School, Lianyungang Fisheries School and Lianyungang Chemical Engineering College, all with a history of more than 40 years, were merged into Huaihai Institute of Technology. In June 2019, the Ministry of Education approved the school's name change to Jiangsu Ocean University. The history of Marine higher education can be traced back to the new Hailian Fisheries College (later renamed Lianyungang Fisheries School), which was founded in 1958.
